We are seeking an experienced Personnel Lines Sales Manager. 
 
The role of the Personal Lines Sales Manager is to perform all the sales management functions required, as directed by the Vice-President. These duties include, yet are not limited to:
  • Establishing sales objectives
  • Developing and implementing sales plans
  • Accountability for achieving defined sales and revenue objectives
  • Selection, hiring and managing of a Team Leader and in-house Personnel Lines Producers
  • Providing leadership, motivation, coaching and counseling
  • Ensuring all team members receive the required training
  • Acting upon potential opportunities or problems and through a proactive approach analyzing and evaluating sales results.
Qualifications:
  • Has or actively working towards their CIP and/or CAIB (preferred)
  • RIBO license is active and in good standing or OTL License (to be converted to RIBO)
  • 3 years successful insurance sales experience
  • 2 years successful insurance management/supervisory experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to set and reach sales and budget targets
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to examine and analyze data to arrive at a sound decision
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Motivational
  • A positive attitude and high level of energy
  • High level of computer application skills
  • Self-managing
