We are seeking experienced Personnel Lines Sales Brokers.
The role of the Personal Lines Sales Broker will be to sell both Automobile and Home policies by:
- Answering inbound calls
- Making outbound calls on qualified leads and for quote follow-up.
- Providing potential clients with exceptional service, professional advice, and accurate quotes with the appropriate market
- Achieving (even exceeding) all defined sales goals
- Responding to company and/or client concerns/inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Working in partnership with Underwriting
- Fully completing all applicable documentation with accuracy upon closing sale
Qualifications:
- RIBO license active and in good standing or OTL License (to be converted to RIBO)
- Has or actively working towards their CIP and/or CAIB (preferred)
- 2 years successful insurance sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- High level of computer skills
- A positive attitude and high level of energy
